Our medical weight loss and fitness programs are for everyone looking to lose weight and/or gain muscle, no matter the amount. These programs are custom-design for everyone. Dr. Green will put the same effort with someone who needs to lose 5 pounds, as with someone who needs to lose 200 pounds. His first priority is your overall health, well-being, and personal satisfaction.
As an M.D. and family and sports medicine specialist, Dr. Green recognizes and modifies his plans based on a multitude of factors especially any medical diagnosis or preexisting conditions, which may need to be monitored or addressed such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, hormone dysfunctions or any other medical problems. Please keep in mind that effective physician-supervised weight management can help alleviate many of the other conditions that result from obesity, including arthritis, diabetes, coronary artery disease, sleep apnea, hypertension, high cholesterol, depression, and more.
Everyone has a unique body type, fitness level, and reaction to dieting and training so expectations are approximated. On average, participants in our program lose 1 to 3 pounds per week during the program. You can expect to continue losing weight until you reach your desired weight and fitness goals.
We primarily have 2 different tracks, a 3-Week, and a 6-Week Program track, however, each program is individual because no two people are alike, and your program is custom-designed for you by Dr. Green. Bottom line: our success and near-perfect track record with patient satisfaction is because Dr. Green utilizes an objective analysis of YOU to customise an effective program for YOU.
Our programs are designed to be 3 or 6 weeks in duration. Most of our clients do a few rounds of the program or get an extended program designed based on how much weight they need to lose, and how cooperative their body is with their training to take away its fat content and replace it with muscle.
This depends on your personalized plan and will be discussed with you on your initial consultation visit. Doctor visits can range anywhere from once a week to once a month. Support staff visits can also be variable depending on your plan.
